How do I get HELP from a real person? In this overly-automated world it's nice to know that there are real people behind the scenes ready and able to assist you should you need help. E-mail is the most efficient way to get help from Sympatico staff (unless you're having trouble receiving e-mail). If you want help understanding or changing your Sympatico account information, be sure to check our Customer Service pages. There you can make changes to your personal account information (password, email address, payment plans, etc.). To contact us by phone, call Member Services at 310-SURF, (except Lino members - call 1-800-773-2121) anytime. It is staffed by friendly experts who will be happy to answer your questions. It is open up to 24 hours a day for your convenience. If you call for billing information, you will be asked for your personal identifier (you entered it when you activated your Sympatico membership). Also have your Sympatico PIN, User ID and password handy.
